Jelly artist Siew Boon, from Sydney, Australia, was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2017.
The mother-of-two was determined not to let her diagnosis keep her from her art.
On days when she felt well enough she would make stunning 3D jelly cakes for the hospital staff caring for her.
Creating the amazing jelly cakes helped shift focus from the pain and emotional stress she was under.
Each cake can take multiple hours and is created by injecting seaweed jelly and natural colouring from underneath.
With flavours like lychee, coconut, peach and rose, they taste as good as they look – if you have the heart to tuck in and ruin all that hard work.
